We are proud of our work and stand behind our product.
It is important to remember that with handpainted yarns, there may be areas of yarn that are more or less tinted, and that the same colourway seldom looks the same twice in a row. These variations are not defects – we celebrate the expression of our dyers’ artistic sensibilities.
Examples of defects are 3 or more yarn breaks in a hank or areas of tightly twisted spinning for example.
Loose yarn nubs are not considered defects but part of the texture of the yarn.

Webstore Purchases
We will happily work with you regarding flawed or damaged skeins. Please email us at webstore@fleeceartist.com detailing the problem (preferably with photos!) to request a return shipping label as we can only cover return shipping costs this way.
Please, allow up to four weeks for all warranty items to be received and processed.
