Christmas Tree Skirt
This pattern is knit top down, working using 5 colours. In the colourwork portion of the tree skirt the charts used are the wave and dots pattern.
We designed this for fresh tree stands with a wide neck basin for holding water. If knitting for an artificial tree, start the pattern at cast on and skip the buttonhole section.
or you can pop the whole thing over your head as a poncho.
